Chuck has been immersed in the lumber industry since high school, starting in the Sutherlands lumberyard and progressing through sales to purchasing roles. In his current role, Chuck oversees accounts receivable records, manages collections and payments, reconciles accounts, and processes expense payables.

A Colorado native hailing from Southern Colorado, he holds an Accounting degree from Colorado State University, graduating in 1981.  Outside of work, he finds joy in supporting the Denver Broncos, collaborating with Bikers Against Child Abuse to aid abused children, and riding his motorcycle. Chuck cherishes spending quality time with his grandkids, great grandkids, and rescue dogs, reflecting his deep commitment to family and community.

With extensive experience in the lumber industry, Neil manages purchasing and inventory at Sutherlands. He ensures that the store is well-stocked with high-quality materials, negotiating with suppliers and monitoring stock levels. Neil’s expertise helps maintain a seamless supply chain, which is essential for meeting customer demands.

As a Colorado native, enjoys spending time with his family. His deep connection to the local area and his professional dedication make him a key player in the Sutherlands team, where he continuously strives to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Tessa handles accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers and service providers. She also manages human resources duties, including employee records and benefits administration. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills make her an indispensable part of the Sutherlands team.

In her spare time, Tessa enjoys being outdoors; her favorite activities include hiking and camping. Her love for nature and adventure reflects her energetic and enthusiastic approach to her professional responsibilities at Sutherlands.

With boundless paw-fessionalism, Oreo is focused on eating, sleeping, greeting clients/staff . . . and eating. She joined Sutherlands in 2016 and has led efforts to increase office napping, shorten meetings, and encourage long walks.

Becca manages customer relations and ensures that each client has a positive experience at Sutherlands. Her role includes addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with purchases. Becca’s dedication to excellent service is key to maintaining the store’s reputation for quality and customer care.

Having grown up on the front range of the Rocky Mountains, Becca brings a deep appreciation for the local community to her work. She enjoys exploring the outdoors in her spare time, a passion that reflects her energetic and approachable demeanor.

Chad plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and availability of products at Sutherlands, ensuring we carry the right product for any job. His responsibilities include auditing deliveries, confirming loads, and ensuring that all products meet the store’s high standards.

A Fort Collins native, Chad has dedicated 30 years to Sutherlands. His extensive experience and deep connection to the community make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Cherrelle handles customer service and sales at Sutherlands, guiding clients with creation, continuation, and completion of interior door and trim orders for new construction projects. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach helps create a welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Born and raised in Fort Collins, Cherrelle has strong ties to the local community. She loves spending time with family and traveling for her kids’ sports.

Dan, our Service & Warranty Supervisor at Sutherlands, oversees window, door, and cabinet repairs and replacements with a focus on meticulous craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Dan embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle through hunting, fishing, and camping, which reflects in his dedicated approach to every project. His expertise ensures top-notch service for your home improvement needs, blending professional skill with a personal passion for quality and excellence.

Eryn is a seasoned professional at Sutherlands, focusing on sales of trim, hardware, exterior, and interior doors. With nearly four decades living in Northern Colorado, she embraces a deep-seated passion for camping in the majestic mountains and immersing herself in nature’s beauty.

Outside of work, Eryn cherishes every moment spent with her two cherished children, finding joy in their company and creating lasting memories together. Committed to her role at Sutherlands, she approaches each day with dedication and enthusiasm, ensuring that her efforts contribute positively to the team and customer experience alike.

Hannah works with homeowners, contractors, and builders in managing small to large products, ranging from every type of budget. Skilled in knowledge of materials, installation, and navigating/listening to clients ‘ interests to inspire and bring to life a vision for their space!

Hannah is a proud Fort Collins Native who enjoys life the most when she is in the mountains – whether it’s camping, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying a sunny day in the mountains with her family. Hannah lives in Loveland with her partner, Nick, and their beloved pit-mix, Rey.

Julie Ann, a graduate of CSU with a degree in interior design, brings over 12 years of experience to Sutherlands. She collaborates closely with builders and homeowners, taking a lead role as a designer or supporting clients with product knowledge and project management. Julie Ann ensures client satisfaction through final walkthroughs, giving them the final say on project completion.

Her expertise spans marketing, website input, design consultations, cost estimation, material and labor takeoffs, interior finish selections, and installation reviews. Outside of work, Julie Ann enjoys exploring family-friendly attractions with her kids, relaxing in the sun, spending time with friends and family, browsing real estate, and indulging in astrology.

Mike, a Colorado native, brings over 20 years of experience to Sutherlands, specializing in cabinets, LVP flooring, quartz and granite countertops, tile, doors, hardwood flooring, and carpet. He excels in managing kitchen and bathroom remodel projects, as well as installing backsplashes. In his role, Mike enjoys the diversity of each day, assisting customers from project inception to completion. He finds fulfillment in seeing their visions come to life and providing support throughout the process.

A dedicated Broncos fan, Mike also enjoys playing cribbage, participating in trivia, and indulging in a hearty bowl of pho. Visit him at Sutherlands for assistance with any project, big or small.

Niki, a Fort Collins native and CSU Interior Design graduate, brings over a decade of expertise to Sutherlands, specializing in cabinetry and residential design projects. She guides clients from initial consultation through the custom design process to project completion with meticulous attention to detail and creativity.

Joining Sutherlands straight out of college, Niki has honed her skills across various roles within the store, including developing custom cabinet layouts, creating 3D renderings, and ensuring smooth order placement and job completion. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, children, and their fluffy dog Thatch. Niki actively engages in local events and activities, making the most of Fort Collins’ vibrant community spirit.

Spook’s job involves assisting with various tasks around the store to ensure efficient operations, including dispatching, interior home installs, overseeing the installation of all cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, trim, and drywall. His contributions are crucial in maintaining the store’s organization and functionality, supporting both staff and customers.

Outside of work, Spook enjoys taking vacations and spending quality time with his family. He’s an avid golfer, enjoys playing tennis and basketball and doing any other sporting activity with his kids. He’s also a big fan of Colorado State athletics and enjoy watching college football and basketball along with the Nuggets and Av’s.

Alex handles Contractor and walk in material acquisition and is involved in competitive axe throwing.

Brad serves as the Installed Insulation Manager at Sutherlands, overseeing production scheduling, inspections, ordering, payroll, billing, and inventory with precision and efficiency. A lifelong resident of Loveland, Brand brings deep local knowledge and commitment to his role.

Outside of work, he enjoys BBQing, camping, and gaming. Brand’s favorite foods include BBQ, burgers, Mexican, and Chinese cuisines, while his passion for sports extends to football and hockey, particularly supporting the Broncos, Buffs, and Avalanche teams. His blend of managerial expertise and personal interests ensures reliable service and quality in every insulation project at Sutherlands.

Brian is the Insulation Sales Manager at Sutherlands, overseeing sales, customer support, Reschecks for construction permits, blueprint analysis, and production scheduling. With 26 years in insulation, he’s held roles from installation to management.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Brian has lived in Colorado for 47 years, deeply involved in the community. Outside of work, Brian enjoys collecting classic cars and petroliana, building models, holiday decorating, exploring history through antiques, and fishing. He’s passionate about dogs and all things mountain-related. A pizza aficionado and devoted Broncos fan, Brian brings enthusiasm for his work and local sports to Sutherlands.

Chris brings over 45 years of construction experience to Sutherlands, including 30 years as a framing contractor for high-end residential and large commercial projects. Since joining in 2011, he has utilized his architecture education from USC and experience in California and New England.

Chris assists customers with expert estimating, project management, and supervision, excelling at problem-solving to save time and money. His detailed approach to project monitoring, scheduling, and procurement ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget. Outside of work, Chris enjoys family time, traveling, and camping.

Erich works in Lumber sales and helps walk in customers with their lumber needs.

Jeremy has been a dedicated member of the Sutherlands team for 30 years, where he leads lumber, door and trim, and hardware sales. His expertise extends to quoting projects and effectively solving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.

A native of Greeley, CO, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of the local community to his work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys bike riding, working on classic cars, and spending quality time with his family, making him a well-rounded and valued member of the Sutherlands team.

Kerry has been an integral part of Sutherlands since 1995, contributing expertise in interior doors, trim, hardware, framing, siding, and meticulous quoting and material ordering processes. With a diverse background that includes roles in accounting, receiving, sales, and design take-offs, Kerry ensures accurate and efficient operations in both lumber and design sectors.

Mike handles works with commercial customers to ensure quality and profitability for their projects, helping to navigate project construction, schedules, and budget.

In his free time, Mike enjoys cooking and paddle boarding with his wife. His culinary skills and love for outdoor activities reflect his well-rounded personality and contribute to his effective teamwork at Sutherlands.

Nick excels in maintaining relationships and managing accounts at Sutherlands, working closely with teams of designers, project managers, and builders to ensure smooth transitions from design to construction.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports (Go Bills!), and indulging in cooking and eating delicious food.

Terry is responsible material takeoffs for residential and commercial projects including framing material, exterior siding, and trim materials.

Terry has over 46 years of construction experience, specializing in carpentry, custom cabinets, interior trim, framing, siding, and remodeling. Originally from VA Beach, he has lived in South FL, East TN, and now resides in Greeley, CO.

Chris is responsible for handling various operational duties at Sutherlands, ensuring that everything functions efficiently. His role includes managing inventory, supporting his colleagues, and assisting customers.

Chris enjoys riding his Harley and is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. His hobbies and interests reflect his dynamic personality, which he brings to his professional role at Sutherlands.

Mike has over 20 years’ experience in framing, remodels, welding, operations, and general manegement along with his Class A CDL: he’s our jack of all trades. He leads our lumber team with scheduling & dispatching necessary supplies to all of our projects.

Mike is a passionate supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs. His enthusiasm for sports and commitment to his work make him a lively and dedicated team member.

Rich is responsible for maintaining the quality and efficiency of operations at Sutherlands. His role includes replacing windows and doors, fixing cabinets, and ensuring that all installations meet the store’s high standards.

Rich loves spending time at the beach and is a fan of the Colorado Eagles. His personal passions and professional skills make him a valued member of the Sutherlands team.

Ricky plays an important role in the logistics and operations of Sutherlands. His responsibilities include loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining the quality of products.

In his free time, Ricky enjoys watching NASCAR.

Shoan manages incoming and outgoing deliveries of doors, windows, and cabinet, ensuring accurate order delivery and inventory management.

He enjoys playing billiards and watching movies. His hobbies and professional dedication contribute to his well-rounded approach to his work at Sutherlands.

Tony handles the receiving and auditing of deliveries at Sutherlands. His responsibilities include confirming loads, ensuring the accuracy of deliveries, and maintaining the quality of products. Tony’s role is crucial in keeping the store well-stocked and organized.

In his free time, Tony enjoys fishing, cheering for the Broncos, and cooking lasagna.
