Completed in May 2025, this home embodies an organic, contemporary edge with intentional design woven throughout the entire space. From the very beginning, Julie Ann collaborated closely with Steve, the owner of Haven Builders, to ensure each material and finish came together seamlessly.
The tile selections infuse the home with personality, blending matte, stone-look porcelain with striking geometric patterns. Sleek quartz countertops, chosen for their refined elegance, durability, and subtle depth, evoke the beauty of natural landscapes. In the bedrooms and lower level, plush carpeting adds softness and comfort, creating balance throughout the home.
A true highlight of this new build is the laundry room floor, where its high variation and earthy tones create a space that feels warm & lively. The tile, Bedrosians, Celine, 4” Hexagon in Cotto Matte, brings texture and character, while our talented tile installer ensured a seamless, organic flow throughout the space.
The materials chosen for this new home were intentionally selected to create a serene, high-quality environment. Sourced from renowned vendors including Shaw, Bedrosians, Daltile, Florida Tile, Crossville, Emser, Arizona Tile, Glenrock, Nustone, MSI, and Schluter Products, each selection encompasses enduring quality and exceptional durability.
What makes this project truly special was the collaborative process between Julie Ann and Haven Builders. Reflecting on the process, Julie Ann shares, “As the interior designer, being brought in at the ground level allows for seamless coordination between vision and execution.” This partnership brought the design to life with stunning results.
