Do I need an appointment to shop at Sutherlands?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly encourage appointments with our specialists/designers. We want to ensure the best experience during your visit and making an appointment will guarantee individual attention for your project.
Does Sutherlands offer free interior design services?
Design services are complimentary with the purchase of materials for your project.
Will Sutherlands install the materials I select?
Sutherlands is proud to offer installation for almost everything we supply. If we don’t have an installer for your project, we will happily refer you to one of our partner contractors.
Can I return my special-order material?
Typically, we cannot return special orders. Most of our vendors have very strict return policies such as date of purchase, dye-lot differences and/or re-stocking fees.
What is Sutherlands' warranty?
While each manufacturer offers their own warranty, Sutherlands provides a 1-year warranty on our installation.
Does Sutherlands deliver?
Sutherlands does offer delivery. Ask your designer/sales person if delivery is available in your area for your project.
